PARKOUR 跑酷

Originated in France, parkour is a noncompetitive physical discipline in which one must overcome any obstacle on the path by adapting body movements to the environment. Parkour participants must run along a route, attempting to get over obstacles in
the most efficient way possible, as if moving in an emergency situation. Skills such as jumping and climbing, or more specific parkour moves are employed. The objective is to move from one place to another using only human body and objects in the environment. The obstacles can be anything in one's environment, but parkour is often practiced in urban areas because of the availability of suitable public structures such as buildings and rails.
Some one hundred thousand people are involved in parkour training in China. They communicate with each other via Internet and have formed over one hundred Parkour clubs.


近年来，诞生于上世纪80年代法国的“跑酷”Parkour运动，开始在中国国内兴起，加入练习的人也越来越多。他们在高低错落的建筑之间选定两点，这两点之间的所有的障碍便成了征服的对象，他们跑、跳、撑、攀爬、翻滚，以迅疾的动作穿越一切障碍，瞬间完成眼花缭乱的动作。目前中国参加跑酷训练的人数接近10万人，他们分别属于100多家自发组织起来的俱乐部，而互联网则是他们交流沟通的主要媒介，成为一种不能忽视的运动潮流。
